First Full-Time Staff Member Hired!

On October 19th our CEO & Founder started as our first paid employee. Natalie started Care About Climate in 2014 while in graduate school at the age of 23. Six years later the team and organization have grown significantly. We have 50 volunteers that manage our programs, and hundreds of participants from 40+ countries that we serve to build their capacity for climate action.

This is a huge milestone for the organization, and thank you to all of our donors and members for your continued support!

Natalie has committed to increasing organization transparency and accountability and to continue to build partnerships to continue to engage and unite the climate movement.
