Cook for Climate: Plant-based Cooking Class!

Join CAC for an anniversary celebration fundraiser! Our Plant Based cooking class will help you and your loved ones learn simple tricks for swapping our meat and dairy products for a healthier planet. The event will be on February 14th from 6-9pm CST. Register here.

James Serrano, a vegan for 3 years, and Sarah Voska, a vegetarian for 7 years, will share some of their favorite recipes for a delicious & sustainable dinner. Our menu for the evening includes an elegant Poached Pear Salad, Peruvian comfort food Lomo Saltado, a locavore favorite Roasted Winter Root Fries, and rich & fudgy Beet Chocolate Cake for dessert!
