Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Care About Climate! Unfortunately, we do not have any current openings; however, if you have a pitch as to why you’d make a good fit for our team we are always accepting submissions to info@careaboutclimate.org

1. COP Training:  The COP Training program creates that platform to equip global youth with a base-level understanding of the UNFCCC COP process with a climate justice and equity perspective. https://www.careaboutclimate.org/climacademy


2. NDC Project:  Our NDC equity tracker project analyses countries NDCs from the lenses of  climate justice and intergenerational equity to empower youth to engage with their governments and communicate the needs of their communities in developing and implementing NDCs. Learn more at www.ndcequitytracker.org


3. Climate Ambassador Program / Community of Practice: The CAC Club and Community of Practice provides a platform for climate leaders to connect, network, and facilitate international exchange and discuss climate solutions they're working on in their community. 


4. Social Media and Communications: The Social Media and Communication Team works to profile the programs and activities of the organization online across major social media platforms.


5. Fundraising and Administrative:  The F & A team supports the operations of the organization, particularly in matters regarding fundraising, managing finances, and managing data. 


Are you passionate about advancing climate justice and able to commit 6-8 hours per week to this cause? Then join us in building an accessible and transformative space for global climate activists to engage in impactful, local climate action! Applications will be on a rolling basis until we have sufficient teams built out.
