Natalie is a climate finance specialist hailing from Murehwa, Zimbabwe. She is a Youth Fellow in Finance with the UNFCCC Climate Champions. She is an economist who brings more than 6 years of experience in climate change and sustainability in Southern Africa, and across various sectors to the role. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town and is pursuing a Masters of Science in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe as a Southern Africa Climate Finance Partnership Masters Scholar. Her research centres on analysing the transition risks and opportunities to Zimbabwe’s NDCs investments in GHG mitigation. Natalie is a frequent collaborator with UNICEF Zimbabwe, leading the charge for youth inclusion in local, national, and international programme design and policy.
