Eashtha Dediwela is a Sri Lankan writer on Sustainability. She is in her final year of her Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability at Arizona State University, USA where she is an international student. She plans on pursuing a graduate degree in Sustainability after she graduates.

Princess holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health and is the recipient of the inaugural Peggy Antrobus Award of Excellence from the GirlsCARE Mentorship Programme. Her work centers providing safer spaces and risk-reduction strategies for communities and the environment.

I am a hopeful pragmatist, born and raised in South Africa, and I am interested in sustainable and just food systems and climate justice more broadly. I have studied a Masters in Environmental and Agrifood Systems Management, and have a background in history and political science. I am particularly interested in food forests as sustainable and just food system alternatives.
