Chandelle O’Neil-Hueman

They are a Sustainable Energy Systems Design Specialist and Human Rights Advocate in Trinidad and Tobago. They have their Bachelor of Engineering (with distinction) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph and completed their Post-Grad Diploma in Global Leadership focusing on Regenerative Leadership from the UN Mandated University For Peace.They are a social entrepreneur with their own enterprise, Mawu Energy Services, that supports energy efficiency, sustainable design and resource management in residential and commercial buildings/ properties. They were a Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) Young Caribbean Water Entrepreneurs Shark Tank Competition Finalist in December 2020 and got bronze with UNLEASH Hacks Caribbean in June 2021. They volunteer with the Fondes Amandes Community Reforestation project as a reserve forest defender maintaining fire traces, planting trees and doing river clean ups.
